Please note: To receive a refund, any purchased items must be returned to us, even if opened, using a prepaid return label we provide.

Shipping charges are deducted from all refunds, including subscription orders.

If you’d like a refund, simply email us at contact@dlniadietary.com within 30 days of your purchase. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method (minus shipping) within 7 business days.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry- we’ll make it right! Just email us at contact@dlniadietary.com with details and photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
