Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Shipping Time: Once processed, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and local carrier availability.
Please note: Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Delays & Unexpected Events
We do our best to deliver on time, but delays can occasionally happen due to:
- Carrier or customs issues
- Severe weather or natural events
- Local or international holidays
If your order is significantly delayed or you haven’t received tracking updates, please reach out to us and we’ll investigate it right away.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to the USA, Canada, Germany, and UAE. Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply based on your local laws. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. DLNIA Dietary is not responsible for delays or losses due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Unclaimed packages
- Delivery refusal
If an order is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
