How much shilajit and sea moss is in it?
Shilajit: 300 mg of a 100:1 resin extract per capsule, the equivalent of 30,000 mg raw, standardized to 75% fulvic acid. Sea moss: 350 mg of a 50:1 extract per two capsules, the equivalent of 17,500 mg raw. We print the extract amount and the raw equivalent so you can compare honestly.
Why two bottles instead of one?
Sea moss and shilajit need different doses and different ratios. Two formulas let each one be complete: 16 ingredients in the sea moss, 10 in the shilajit, 26 in total.
Morning or evening?
Shilajit, tongkat ali, ginseng and cordyceps are energy ingredients, so take the shilajit capsule in the morning. The sea moss capsules go with any meal.
Is it vegan?
Vegetarian. The sea moss formula contains manuka honey powder. Both use vegetable capsules, no gelatin.
Is the iodine safe?
For most adults, yes, at the label amount. If you have a thyroid condition, ask your doctor first.
